While both ORTHO TRI-CYCLEN LO and ORTHO TRI-CYCLEN deliver low levels of progestin over the course of your cycle, ORTHO TRI-CYCLEN LO delivers a lower amount of estrogen—25 mcg compared to 35 mcg.
