The most common side effects that occurred with Invega (Paliperidone) were restlessness and involuntary movements, tremors and muscle stiffness.
Call your doctor immediately if you experience symptoms such as high fever; stiff muscles; shaking; confusion; sweating; changes in pulse, heart rate, or blood pressure; or muscle pain and weakness while taking this medication as you develop a serious health condition called Neuroleptic Malignant Syndrome.
To take Invega (Paliperidone) tablets, swallow them whole. The Invega (Paliperidone) tablets should not be chewed, divided, or crushed.
