Cutivate is a novel, potent, topical steroid used to relieve the redness, swelling, pain and itching (pruritus) associated with corticosteroid-responsive skin diseases. Cutivate represents a major advance in topical steroid design with a greatly improved therapeutic index, for maximum clinical effect and minimum local and systemic side effects in the treatment of inflammatory skin disease (eczema, psoriasis).
