Prevent and relieve back pain with the OBUS FORME LOWBACK BACKREST SUPPORT. The S-shaped polyurethane frame conforms to and supports the natural curve of your spine to promote proper sitting posture. By placing the spine in an anatomically correct position, the OBUS FORME Lowback Backrest Support allows back muscles to relax, relieving pain and fatigue caused by sitting for long periods. An adjustable and removable lumbar pad can be used to fill in the curve in the lower back for added support. Lightweight and portable, the OBUS FORME Lowback Backrest Support can be used anywhere you sit, whether its in your Car, Home or Office. A lumbar pad is included with the Lowback, Wideback and Highback Backrest Supports. The lumbar pad is designed to provide additional support for the gap or curve in the lower back. You may choose not to use the lumbar pad; if the curve in your lower back is small, you may find the Backrest Support provides sufficient support for your lower back. The lumbar pad will adhere anywhere on the front of the Backrest Support with the hook & loop strips on the lumbar pad. You can also place the lumbar pad inside the Backrest Support – simply separate the seam at the back of the Backrest and place the lumbar pad in the desired position towards the front side of the Backrest Support. This will help to reduce wear and tear on the Backrest cover and also reduce the likelihood of misplacing the lumbar pad. There is no right or wrong placement for the lumbar support. The position that feels most comfortable and supportive is the right one for you. Try the lumbar pad in several positions to find your preferred placement. You can sponge wash the surface of your Backrest Support with warm water and mild liquid detergent. Do not rub the cover excessively or place it in a washing machine. If your Backrest Support is heavily soiled you may remove the cover and hand wash it in lukewarm water Hang or lay flat to dry.
